Mat/Equipment Sessions
Supervised studio equipment training.
You will be guided using the Pilates Method by a qualified Pilates Instructor.

Pilates with Pat Jenkins
Join Pat once a month on a Saturday 8.30-9.15 am. Each month you will be challenged with a different Pilates Equipment which will make you feel re-energised.

Pre and Post Natal Pilates Sessions
A Pilates session with specific attention to back care and postural alignment for pre and post natal women.

Rehabilitation Pilates
Private Personal Pilates session for those returning from an injury.
