4 Week Beginner Pilates Course

The course will run for 4 consecutive weeks working on the fundamentals and principles of Pilates for those at a beginner’s level or new to the Pilates method.

Fiona will guide you through the PATS Pilates experience by strengthening the deeper muscles that support your centre.
