4 week introductory course, all are welcome, no experience is necessary in either Pilates or Nordic Walking.

By combining Pilates and Nordic Walking Helen will be bringing Pilates in to the outdoors and sharing both techniques to keep you mobile, flexible, energised and having fun.


Using poles, Nordic Walking adds two major benefits to walking: by engaging upper body and core muscles as well as the legs, Nordic Walking is reported to use 90% of the body’s muscles Poles help to propel you forward so you work harder than usual yet the support given by the poles makes it feel easier! It is a full-body exercise that's easy on the joints and suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
