Hi I’m Anna I have been working at Pats Pilates for 5 years after qualifying in both mat and equipment here at the Pilates Advance Training School. Before teaching Pilates I trained as a professional dancer receiving a degree from The Northern School of Contemporary Dance.

While undergoing my rigorous training I was diagnosed with a slight scoliosis and I was advised to try Pilates. This gave me my first insight of how beneficial Pilates could be. I then later went on to train as a Personal Trainer specialising in lower back pain and combining it with my Pilates. Alongside the Pilates equipment classes that I love doing for PATS I have my own Personal Training business in Milton Keynes and I am a Personal trainer for Third Space at London Bridge.

I love seeing all my clients progress and feel the benefit of Pilates for themselves. I have been lucky enough to work with some really lovely and amazing clients at PATs and I even have the opportunity still to teach some of them today that I taught in my very first class here at PATS.
