6 Week Beginner Pilates Course

12.30  - 13.30 Saturday 25 February

The course will run for 6 consecutive weeks working on the fundamentals and principles of Pilates for those at a beginner’s level or new to the Pilates method.

Anna will guide you through the PATS PILATES experience by strengthening the deeper muscles that support your centre.
