In 2013 I developed a pain in my right knee whilst running and so I went to see a physio. After a few tests it was diagnosed that my IT band was the root cause of the pain. The physio then recommended PATS Pilates. To be honest I'd never heard of Pilates and was slightly skeptical. But since joining PATS Pilates in 2013 it has been the best thing I could have done. After the initial consultation I now take part in a weekly class with Ruel. His knowledge and expertise have helped considerably which has resulted in me being pain free ever since. 

Even though I get no aggravation from my IT band now, I still come because not only does he push me to my limits but more of his approach to the Pilates Method by the way he adds his own twist on certain exercises. I cannot express how the PATS Pilates team have helped me so much in every aspect and long may it continue.
