Just over a year ago I was suffering from a few medical problems (swollen feet and ankles being the worst), after some discussion the nurse at my doctors suggested Pilates. I nervously attended my assessment and can honestly say all the staff at PATS Pilates have been more than encouraging. My flexibility and strength has come on in leaps and bounds but I must also mention that I have found Pilates good for you mentally as well. I look forward to my weekly session and would recommend anyone to join .
