"Pull up, pull in & breathe"

I have been coming to Pilates on a Saturday morning for about 10 Years. I have had several teachers over that time but I am now enjoying classes with Clare. The classes often feel very challenging but in a good way!

I first started coming because I wanted to keep active as I got older, I feel that Pilates has helped me with this. Also I think it has been very good for my coordination, balance and for my wellbeing.

I now have a small grandson and often look after him so I need to have plenty of energy and be able to move quickly.

The studio always feels welcoming and everyone is very friendly. Walking home from the session (it is useful to be in walking distance) I am always glad that I came and I hope to carry on for a good few years.
