Joint pain is extremely common.

Damage to the joints from a condition, disease or injury can interfere with movement and cause a lot of pain.

There are many different conditions which can lead to painful joints, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis,

bursitis, gout, strains, sprains, and other injuries.

The 4 hour workshop will provide an insight into how to manage the joint pain or discomfort.
