Keeping Well at PATS PILATES
One of the biggest downfalls of a mild winter are the viruses and germs that linger in the air, which aren’t being killed off by colder weather.
There are many viruses going around at the moment such as flu, stomach bugs, the common cold and of course the recent outbreak of the novel coronavirus.
During the seasonal period of colds, coughs, flu and many other bugs and viruses we want to promote a safe and healthy environment for all at PATS PILATES. If you are feeling under the weather or experiencing any systems of illness we politely ask that you do not attend your Pilates class to minimise the chance of cross contamination to your fellow participants and instructor and to ensure you make a full and speedy recovery.
To help reduce the risk of winter illnesses, keep hydrated, ensure you are eating a balanced diet and a avoid spreading germs by washing your hands. In both studios we now have hand sanitiser in both studios, in addition if you use the Pilates studio equipment in Studio 2 please wipe down the surfaces with the antibacterial spray.
