NEW 6 Week Beginner Pilates Course - Thursday 9 June 10.45 - 11.45

The course will run for 6 consecutive weeks working on the fundamentals and principles of Pilates for those at a beginner’s level or new to the Pilates method. Your instructor will guide you through the PATS Pilates experience by strengthening the deeper muscles that support your centre.
