We are delighted to announce 2 NEW PILATES CLASS starts Wednesday 10 January 2024.

Each week Emma will focus on helping you to improve your posture, strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and co-ordination.

All are welcome - those who are new to Pilates, restarting Pilates and those who have been participating Pilates for a while.
