My style and approach

I teach slow, fluid Hatha yoga and seek to promote a culture of inner listening and self-enquiry, inviting students to listen inwardly before moving outwardly in order to develop a relationship to their own unique inner teacher. In my classes I encourage freedom beyond form and seek to offer a practice that is fluid and adaptable to the waxing and waning of our needs and natures.

Why I practice

Yoga and meditation have helped me to heal, recover and thrive and continue to support me every day in learning how to open my heart, make peace with my mind and live in my body.
