This one hour introductory class is aimed at those who want to understand how to begin to build supple strength in their Pelvic floor.

Who may benefit:

  • Urinary incontinence, urgency and frequency
  • Pelvic pain
  • Pain during intercourse

  • Fecal/bowel incontinence
  • Constipation
  • Recovery after labour
  • Prolapse
  • Bladder weakness

  3. Hip or sciatic pain
  4. Pelvic joint pain
