Pilates Beginner Courses

PATS PILATES have schedule 3 NEW Pilates Beginner Courses for January 2019:

  • Wednesday 9 January 6pm-7pm
  • Saturday 12 January 12.30pm-1.30pm
  • Sunday 13 January 11.15am-12.15pm

Cost: £60 per person

The courses will run for 6 consecutive weeks working on the fundamentals and principles of Pilates for those new to the Pilates method or those returning to Pilates.

Your instructor will guide you through the PATS PILATES experience by strengthening the deeper muscles that support your centre.
