Pilates Beginner Course

Tuesday 6pm - starting 21 April 2020

The course will run for 5 consecutive weeks working on the fundamentals and principles of Pilates for those at a beginner’s level or new to the Pilates method. Your instructor will guide you through the PATS PILATES experience by strengthening the deeper muscles that support your centre we can help to achieve:

  • Improve posture, which can lessen back pain.
  • Trim waistline, reshape abdominals.
  • Increase flexibility.
  • Improve breathing.
  • Lower stress levels.
  • Increase strength and tone muscles.
  • Gain greater joint mobility (helps to reduce injuries).
  • Increase body awareness.

The duration of each class is an hour and the course fee is £50 per person to be paid in advance to secure your place. The class is a small group this ensures that the instructor can give all clients a specific and verified program to suit their needs. Upon completion of the course we can offer you a place in a timetabled class* or personal training at a time that is convenient and suitable for you.
