NEW 6 Week Beginner's Pilates Course

Wednesday 12 September - Wednesday 17 October 2018

6.00pm - 7.00pmThe course will run for 6 consecutive weeks working on the fundamentals and principles of Pilates for those new to the Pilates method or those returning to Pilates.

You will be guided through the PATS PILATES experience by strengthening the deeper muscles that support your centre.
