4 Week Pilates Beginner's Courses

Get started with Pilates this Summer.

The three new 4 week Beginners Pilates courses starts:

Tuesday 6.00pm - 7.00pm with  Fiona,  06 June - 27 June  (The course is limited to 6 people)

Friday 10.45am - 11.45am with Leigh, 09 - June - 30 June (The course is limited to 12 people)

Saturday 12.30pm - 1.30pm with Ayse, 03 June - 24 June (The course is limited to 6 people)

The course will run for 4 consecutive weeks working on the fundamentals and principles of Pilates for those at a beginner’s level or new to the Pilates method. Your instructor will guide you through the PATS PILATES experience by strengthening the deeper muscles that support your centre.
