Pilates Small Ball Workshop

1.30pm – 4.30pm Sunday 10 September 2017

To all Pilates, Yoga and Fitness Instructors, the aims of the workshop is to teach exercises that focus on strengthening and stabilising the muscles in the lower back and abdominals using the Pilates principles and method.

You will explore the integration of the upper body with the lower body via the core musculature using the small Pilates ball.
