"Pull up, pull in & breathe"

I have been attending Pilates classes for several years, but when I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s two years ago I realised I needed to up my exercise routine.

I was recommended to PATS PILATES and I decided I would have one to one sessions. So I do 2 sessions a week with the benefit of two different instructors, this gives me a variation in my class work.

With Pat I do remedial work which shows me that with effort I can still mobilise muscles and joints I hardly know I had.

With Leigh I get plenty of strengthening and stretching exercises that are so important for my mobility.

I look forward to my classes and always leave with a spring in my step instead of the stoop I arrive with! Where would I be without them?

I love Pilates!!!
