September 4 Week Pilates Beginner's Courses

Get started with Pilates this Summer.

The two new 4 week Beginners Pilates courses starts:

Saturday 12.30pm - 1.30pm with Ayse, 09 September - 30 September (The course is limited to 6 people)

Tuesday 6.00pm - 7.00pm with Fiona, 12 September – 03 October (The course is limited to 6 people)

The course will run for 4 consecutive weeks working on the fundamentals and principles of Pilates for those at a beginner’s level or new to the Pilates method. Your instructor will guide you through the PATS PILATES experience by strengthening the deeper muscles that support your centre.
