After training under Path4Life in 2014 I qualified as a yoga instructor with a wide range of yoga styles, including Hatha, Kundalini and Flow. I later qualified once more at Strala Yoga in New York under the amazing Tara Stiles. Strala is known for its laid-back, energetic and open vibe where we move with ease and enjoyment. I continue to develop my style with further training, including Restorative, so I hope to bring to you a wide range of classes. I have a huge passion for sharing yoga with everyone. I think we all deserve to treat our bodies and minds with yoga, and I promise you don’t have to be able to roll yourself into a pretzel to do it!

What to expect from the classes - Thursday 8.30pm - 9.30pm & Sunday 10.00am  11.00am

You can expect to have a fun filled hour with me, as we work with a gentle flow that will open up and strengthen your body all whilst generating a calm and relaxed mind. The class will start with a gentle warm up to get the juices flowing, some relaxed and open flows, followed by a great little cool down with guided meditation and time to relax at the end. I also include a gentle face message during savasana for anyone you would like a little extra help relaxing! All this will help create a healthy balance between strength and flexibility, stability and mobility and most of all you’ll feel great!
