Yoga & Pilates Day Retreat at Tofte Manor with Pat and Emma - Sunday 12 November 2017

Treat yourself to a relaxing and reviving day with Pat and Emma at Tofte Manor in Bedfordshire.

During our time together we will offer you some calmness and space to breathe and move more freely and enjoy some time away from your usual activities and responsibilities.

We will help you to connect with yourself and also with nature, to find a little inner harmony as you gently recharge your batteries.

Emma and I look forward to leading the following sessions:

  • Pilates Morning Stretch Class.
  • Mindful Yoga Practice - the Yoga will include thoughtful sequencing of postures, dynamic as well as static posture work and careful attention to the breath.
  • Pranayama Meditation - conscious awareness of the breath to help promote a healthy body and calm mind.
  • Restorative Yoga Nidra - to release stress and tension by learning the yoga practice for relaxation.

In between practice there will be plenty of time to enjoy the comforts of the house or explore the lovely grounds and natural beauty.

By the end of the day we hope that you will experience increased body awareness, mental clarity, physical and emotional balance, calm and general feeling of wellbeing.
