You can expect to have a fun filled hour with me, as we work with a gentle flow that will open up and strengthen your body all whilst generating a calm and relaxed mind. The class will start with a gentle warm up to get the juices flowing, some relaxed and open flows, followed by a great little cool down with guided meditation and time to relax at the end - I also include a gentle face massage during Savasana for anyone you would like a little extra help relaxing! All this will help create a healthy balance between strength and flexibility, stability and mobility - and most of all you’ll feel great!
