All one-to-one Pilates sessions are held at PATS PILATES Studio in Milton Keynes. The one-to-one sessions are lead by Pat a highly skilled exercise professional who has worked for 25 years to help empower people to move with freedom.

Please note a 45 minute consultation is required prior to your first Pilates one to one session. The consultation fee is £50
A Pilates one to one is £55 for one session or discounted to £200 for a block of 4.

One to One
Private Pilates sessions are designed to deliver individualised instruction based upon your body’s fitness needs, goals and schedule. Clients may choose to do the entire workout on the mat or on the specialised Pilates equipment. Private lessons are extremely beneficial for those new to exercise, pre and post-surgery/rehabilitation.
The Pilates class focuses on building your body's core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition, low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. The Pilates class aims are to increase your core strength (back, abdominals and pelvic floor), improve your flexibility and agility and at the same time tone the muscles of your body.
During the consultation, we will take an exercise and medical history and current activities will be discussed. The consultation will ascertain your aims, goal/s, lifestyle, current activity, exercise and medical history. This will enable the instructor to advise whether you need a personalise Pilates training programme or prepare you to join a Pilates class.
