Yoga Class

Yoga means to unite - it is a wonderful relationship of the mind, body , breath and spirit.

Our aim is to guide you in a safe and friendly environment, so that you can experience and discover your Yoga.

We will encourage you to explore the key Yoga postures, understand the correct alignment principles that form the basis of a healthy and safe Yoga practice. We will introduce the benefits of breathing practice (pranayama) and how to work and move with the breath.

Yoga is not just for the young and flexible, it can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities.
